🎣 Chasing the last casts of summer!

As summer gives its last breath, I’ve been focusing on stillwater fishing in the Cascade Lakes. The high elevation lakes have been delivering incredible morning and evening hatches this is the prime window for great action. But fall is just around the corner, and my attention will soon turn to Summer Steelhead. The Deschutes is looking promising, with fish counts already exceeding predictions and setting the stage for an outstanding season.

🏡 Noticing the price drops?

Sellers who overpriced earlier this summer are now cutting listing prices left and right. For buyers, that means prime opportunities to get in below market value.

📉 Will interest rates drop?

No one has the crystal ball, but if they do, expect a feeding frenzy. Many buyers are waiting on the sidelines, and when rates fall, competition will spike and so will home values.

💡 Smart play?

Get in now at today’s lower prices, then refinance if rates drop. Yes, it’s a bit of a gamble but one that could pay off big in the long run.
